At MSOM we strive to create a family atmosphere where everyone is close knit and relational. Because of our style, blending college and an internship program, our students spend a lot of time together. Our work and time together results in relationships that last a lifetime. We believe that it is important to build a firm trust in those around you, not only to give you someone that you can confide in later on in ministry, but also to make it easier for you to make those types of connections with people when you do enter into full-time ministry.
