Program
We believe that there is a process to everything in life, and as a result we have broken down the four years of our program to take all of our students through a process that shapes them into the ministers that God desires for tomorrow:
year one: deepen.
The focus of your Freshman year will be to deepen your walk with God. During this year, the goal is to provide a focused environment where you can intensify your relationship with Christ.
year two: discover.
Throughout your Sophomore year you will begin to discover your gifts and abilities. Through discipleship and ministry training you'll start the process of determining the area of ministry for which you are most equipped.
year three: develop.
During your Junior year at MSOM you will begin to use the leadership skills, gifts, and talents that you have discovered within yourself. During this time we will begin to mold you and shape you into the leader you were created to be.
year four: demonstrate.
As a Senior, MSOM will launch you into positions where you can begin to apply previous experiences with practical hands on ministry. For the first semester you will finish your academic studies as a student and for the second semester we will send you out as an intern to begin the application of what you learned as a student at MSOM. |
